WHY I DO WHAT I DO:
In today's complex, volatile, uncertain, and fast changing world your company needs extraordinary leaders and teams that drive your business forward, not just let it tread water.

WHAT I DO:
I specialise in helping the world’s best business leaders achieve their maximum potential through advanced leadership techniques. Through my Bespoke Leadership Programmes, leaders can craft new world strategies, make great change happen and deliver extraordinary results.

I work in the areas of leadership, strategy, innovation, change and elite teams.

HOW I DO IT:
I help leaders understand the need for change, what great leadership looks like and how to change. I've developed a tried, tested and proven leadership toolkit that simplifies the complex and makes it easy for leaders to improve results.

My toolkit of leadership development strategies has been carefully honed over decades of working in business, sport and the military, and is now being used to help global companies achieve massive success.

WHO I WORK WITH:
Forward thinking leaders and game changers. What they have in common is that they are ambitious and want to be the best they can be.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:
Having developed over 85,000 of the world's best leaders I have plenty of very happy clients. I'm trusted by the world's leading organisations to develop their leaders.

Recently a VP of a large multinational retailer mentioned to me that she had learnt more in 45 minutes from me than on her entire 2 year Executive MBA!

This is a typical endorsement,

"Having worked with Graham a number of times he is a pleasure to be around. Motivating, articulate and good humoured Graham is a great Leadership coach and mentor and is one of the most positive and engaging people I have met working in this arena. He is down to earth and provides practical guidance on how to get the best from yourself and your team. He also has great stories and anecdotes and is great at reading the room and bringing a team together. It was a pleasure working with Graham" Charlotte Light, CIO, Channel 4

MY BACKGROUND:
Having spent my early career in the British Army learning how to lead in tough and mission critical situations, I learnt my commercial experience in Dupont. I founded Successfactory over 26 years ago and have been fortunate to work and learn with and from many of the worlds best organisations and leaders. I've experienced how great leadership can transform an organisation and achieve extraordinary results.
